The development comprises fourteen housing units in a variety of typologies to meet the different needs of residents. Ten walk-through apartments line the chaussée d'Anvers, while two duplexes are located in the adjoining buildings. An apartment adapted for disabled people and a two-bedroom apartment, located at the corner of the building, benefit from a privileged location. Their careful orientation and distribution ensure that each unit enjoys double exposure and an unobstructed view of the large communal garden. The organization of the levels avoids the need for an elevator, while guaranteeing residents' comfort.

Communal areas form the heart of the project. A secure garden, a veritable green corridor adjoining the Parc de la Senne, is home to shared vegetable gardens, play areas and rest areas, encouraging interaction and social interaction. A shared laundry room, private cellars and service rooms complete the facilities. On the second floor, a covered terrace provides a modular meeting space for a variety of activities.

Directly connected to the Parc de la Senne, the caretaker-animator building organizes the transition between the public park and the community garden. At the far end of the plot, it opens onto a landscaped green alley, accessible to residents and public during opening hours. This outdoor space, which encourages encounters, incorporates street furniture and well-cared planted areas. The branch includes staff quarters and a multi-purpose room, designed to host entertainment and festive events organized by residents. Spatial organization ensures autonomous use of the various zones, with independent accesses guaranteeing fluid circulation for users.
