Zin
The ZIN project, designed by 51N4E (in collaboration with AUC and Jaspers-Eyers), is a major circular transformation of the former WTC 1 and 2 towers in Brussels into a 110,000 m² mixed-use complex. The scheme includes approximately 70,000 m² of office space, 127 apartments, 240 hotel rooms, co-working spaces and leisure/retail areas.
